location: the hotel was short walk to shops and the helpful nature and downtown. the stuff was attentive and helpful and made it a really good experience.

The staff are very very nice, overall. It is in a favourable location with EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD views.

Welcome base for exploring Hanoi. Unique and special hotel with street view. Shopping area, comfortable and absolutely perfect location, not far from centre where lake was, local restaurants, convenience store and shopping area, and the market. Great value and well-equipped units and caring staff from doorman to reception to restaurant staff.

Beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a market area, short walk to walkable to Old Quarter, restaurants and Hanoï. The room was well-appointed and neat with good air conditioning, and I slept very well.

We enjoyed our stay in a hotel located near the lake, which offered a beautiful view. Everything was close to the centre where the lake was, making it easy to explore. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast provided a good range of tasty options.

We were disappointed when we noticed on the menu that everything was sold out.

The staff are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with good air conditioning and a view of the city. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of hot dishes, including made-to-order eggs, and the restaurant even provides local foods and fruits, exceeding expectations.

No improvements needed, everything was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at a centrally located boutique hotel, just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and luxurious interior. The in-house restaurant, Grand View Bistro, exceeded my expectations with its delicious local cuisine. The head chef's experience in a luxurious hotel ensured that every dish was freshly prepared and of high quality. The reasonable prices added to the overall comfort of my stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as noise in the lobby and a cramped bathroom, I would definitely recommend Hotel Le Carnot. I had a great experience and would stay here again.

The breakfast was a buffet, and it wasn't good enough. The shower was warm, clean and spacious.

Had a pleasant stay during Christmas with friends. Rooms were comfy and clean. Breakfast on the upper floor had good hot options for starting the day right. Proximity to a famous water and local sightseeing spots was a major plus.
